All items are sold through SUZURI, a Japanese print-on-demand marketplace. Customers outside Japan can order our products using SUZURI’s supported international purchasing services.
This guide explains how to order alo items from outside Japan.
How to Order Outside Taiwan
- Open the SUZURI product page for the item you would like to purchase.
- The WorldShopping banner will appear at the bottom of the page when you access SUZURI from outside Japan.
- Select “Add to Cart.”
- You will be redirected to WorldShopping. Check the item and price, then follow the instructions to complete your order.
After the order is confirmed, the item will be produced in Japan and shipped to your international address.
How to Order from Taiwan
- Open the SUZURI product page for the item you would like to purchase.
- The Bibian banner will appear at the bottom of the page when you access SUZURI from Taiwan.
- Select “Add to Cart.”
- You will be redirected to Bibian. Check the item and price, then follow the instructions to complete your order.
After the order is confirmed, Bibian will purchase the item from SUZURI and arrange delivery to your address in Taiwan.
Shipping, Service Fees and Customs
International orders may include the following costs:
- Item price
- Shipping within Japan
- Purchasing service fee
- International shipping fee
- Customs duties, import taxes or VAT, depending on the destination country
The final cost varies depending on the destination, package size and purchasing service. Please check the amount displayed by WorldShopping or Bibian before completing your order.
Customs duties and import taxes may be charged separately by your country. These charges are not determined by alo or SUZURI.
Production and Delivery Time
SUZURI items are made to order in Japan after your purchase is confirmed.
After production, the item is delivered to the international purchasing service and then shipped to your overseas address. International orders therefore take longer than deliveries within Japan.
